The old Bath House which was built in 1833 on the site of old salt works. The main building is now occupied by the the Lymington Town Sailing Club and the Rating Office occupies part of the now extended building.

We have a small first floor office, which the RORC moved into in around 1983. Before this it was the cafe for the open air seawater baths which our windows and balcony overlook - if you phone in the summer and it sounds like we're having a party, it's more likely children in the pool ! We have views down Lymington River to the Solent and the Isle of Wight, and it is a rare day if there are no boats to be seen coming and going, even on the coldest, wettest days in the winter. Unfortunately most of the year we're too busy to look out of the window, but a comment of "Hey, look at that!" will usually bring a short interruption and a fight for the binoculars!
