IRC Certificate Administration 2012
Welcome to the IRC Certificate
Administration system. The first basic steps are:

If you are not already a user of
MyIRC please create a new personal account by clicking New
User below.

If your latest
certificate was in 2010, 2011 or 2012 connect your boat to your
account using the ‘add my boat’ link after logging in, if you
have not previously done so. Adding your boat will enable you to
perform the following tasks:
(1)
Revalidate
your 2010 or 2011 certificate (boats last rated 2009 or earlier
need to complete a new application form).
(2) Once you have Revalidated you
can request Trial Certificates or Amendments.
(3) You can add Restricted Users,
such as Boat Captains and Sail Makers, to your account and allow
them to request Trial Certificates.
If your boat has never been rated
before or was last rated in 2009 or earlier, your application
can be sent using the ‘New Application’ link within MyIRC after
logging in.
