IRC Notice 2012/01 Definition of Heavy Weather Jib

The definition within ISAF Offshore Special Regulations of Heavy Weather Jib has changed for 2012 by deletion of the final phrase and without reef points. By omission, these words have not been deleted from the IRC definition.
The IRC definition of Heavy Weather Jib is therefore amended with immediate effect to: HWJ Heavy weather jib. A headsail of area not greater than 13.5% foretriangle height squared.
